Fresh evenly baked breads and dough are a specialty of this line. It is used for heavier dough such as breads, rolls and pastries. Silform has less silicone coating so you can actually see through the molds and trays, as opposed to Flexipan. Because of the perforation, the air flows more freely and heat distributes evenly, resulting in perfectly baked, browned bread and crusts.
Silform® conforms to European, French, and USA silicone regulations. It has been awarded the NSF certification for safety and quality design, has been Kosher certified, and it is U.S. FDA approved.

Silform® is made up of the same silicone and woven glass so no grease, oil or cooking spray is needed! Simply place the flexible bakeware on top of our foundation piece, the perforated baking sheet, fill the wells and bake your creation. Once it’s done cooking, remove from oven and let cool before unmolding. Always preheat oven before placing Silform® inside, making sure it’s not in contact with oven walls. Silform® can be used in temperatures from -40 to 480 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pies, pizza, French bread, savory pot pies, sweet tarts and tartlets to name just a few. Another use we love is using Silform® as a fine mesh sieve for straining sauces and sifting certain ingredients. Head over to our recipe collection that includes tried and true recipes submitted by our consultants and customers. You can do the same when you want to share your delicious recipes too!
Just a small amount of mild soap and hot water does the trick and you’ll be amazed at how quickly clean up really is! A small nylon netting sponge can also be used. Shake gently to dry and store flat or loosely rolled. Do not place heavy objects on top of Silform® when storing.
