Gluten Free Black Bean Brownies

Recipe by A great chocolate treat that takes some of the guilt away and is gluten free friendly. Recipe originated from allrecipes, but adapted to use with the ease of Demarle. Next batch will have Blood Orange Oil in it as an alternative spin on the flavor.

Ingredients:


  • 15.5 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch Alea Hawaiian Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • chocolate chips to sprinkle on top

Directions:


Preheat oven to 350. Combine beans, eggs, oil, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla, and sugar in a blender; blend until smooth.Pour into tender heart mold. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.Bake approx. 30 minutes, until pulling away from edges.Let fully cool before unfolding.
