Blood Orange Crepes

Ingredients:


  • 4 tablespoons Blood Orange Olive Oil Blend, divided
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • Optional Ingredients: Fresh fruit, syrup, whipped cream, powdered sugar, sausage, bacon, spinach

Directions:


1. Using the Demarle Difference Fry Pan heat 2 tablespoons Blood Orange Oil on medium heat.

2. In Mixing Bowl, add 2 tablespoons Blood Orange Oil, water and eggs. Whisk until blended. Add salt and flour. Whisk until smooth. Add milk and whisk.

3. Add 1/4 cup batter to hot Fry Pan. Tilt pan to spread batter around evenly. Cook for about 1 minute and then flip with Polyamide Spatula. Crepes should be light golden brown on each side.

4. Fill with desired ingredients and roll. Dust with powdered sugar using Sift & Go.
