Breakfast Sandwich

Recipe by A great hearty Breakfast Sandwich that can be served immediately or made ahead for quick on-the-go breakfasts. Use your favorite breakfast meat or go without meat - you get to choose!

Ingredients:


  • 6 eggs
  • 6 english muffins
  • 6 slices of cheese
  • 12 slices of deli ham (or 6 sausage patties or some bacon)

Directions:


1. Place the Round Tray on the Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small mixing bowl, crack and beat eggs. Fill each well of the Round Tray with egg - approximately 1/4 cup should evenly disperse the eggs. Alternatively, 1 egg can be cracked directly into each well if you prefer a "fried" egg over scrambled. Place baking sheet in oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until egg is firm.

2. Remove from oven and layer the muffin with the egg patty, meat, and cheese. Remove tray from baking sheet and place a Silpat on the baking sheet. Place all the muffins on the Silpat and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

**NOTE** If you don't wish to serve all 6, just layer sandwiches and then wrap individually and either place in the fridge or freezer for a fast and easy microwave breakfast.
