Breakfast Style Stuffed Peppers

Recipe by I saw a video on Facebook from Tasty and adapted it with Demarle molds and spices. They were delicious and the clean up of eggs and cheese that leaked out was so simple.

Ingredients:


  • Bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • 1 egg per half pepper
  • Green onion, chopped
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Bacon crumbles
  • French Pantry Fresh Dill and Lemon herb blend
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sprinkle peppers with sea salt. Roast peppers hollow side up in a mold of your choice (I used Grande Round). Bake for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, crack an egg on top of the cheese, sprinkle with bacon crumbles, green onion and any other toppings you may like. Top with cheddar cheese and sprinkle with Fresh Dill and Lemon herb blend.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Enjoy.
