- Packaged pie crust dough
- 3 oz Brie cheese
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and place oven rack in center position. Place the Flexipan® Tartlet Tray on the Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.
2. Roll dough onto Roul’Pat® with Beechwood Rolling Pin and cut shapes with preferred Dough Cutter. Place shapes over wells and push down evenly with Shaper.
3. Place a small rectangular piece of brie into each well and top with a dollop of jam and sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 10-14 minutes or until bubbly.
