Buttery Dill and Lemon Shrimp

Recipe by Adapted from an Ina Garten recipe to be gluten-free and using Demarle's delicious oils and spices. Makes a quick and easy family meal.


  • 2 lb Shrimp, cleaned and shelled, tails on
  • 1 1/2 sticks (12 Tbsp) butter
  • 4 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp Myers Lemon Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Dill and Lemon Herb mix from the French Pantry
  • Parmesan cheese, to taste


Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Toss shrimp in olive oils and wine. Set aside.

Soften butter and mix in garlic, lemon juice and Fresh Dill and Lemon herb blend.

Arrange shrimp in Large Round Mold on Perforated Baking Sheet. Pour extra marinade over shrimp and then top with butter mixture. Sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Serve with pasta or rice.
