Chicken with Dill & Lemon Cream Sauce

Recipe by This chicken is great for company or for leftovers. I served with the Fresh Dill & Lemon Cream Biscuit, balsamic roasted brussels sprouts and dill & lemon green beans and yukon potatoes. A dill and lemon fiesta! - Nancy Craig, Product Focus Group Member


  • 1 package chicken tenderloins
  • 2 teaspoons French Pantry Fresh Dill & Lemon, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons white wine
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Meyer Lemon Olive Oil Blend
  • Lemon slices and chopped parsley to garnish


1. Season chicken with 1 teaspoon Dill & Lemon seasoning and pepper. Marinate seasoned chicken pieces in lemon juice for 1 hour.

2. Melt butter and oil in skillet and saute chicken until golden brown. Reduce heat and simmer until cooked through, 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.

3. Steep 1 teaspoon Dill & Lemon seasoning in warm heavy cream for 5 minutes, then strain and set aside. Deglaze pan wine by using the whisk. Add the cream that has been strained and stir for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Pour sauce over chicken and garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
