Chiles Rellenos Bake

Recipe by This is a quick and easy dish you can do for your family, a brunch or even for dinner! Serve with salsa and you've got yourself a hit!! Submitted by CindyB (Cindy Bechtholdt)

Ingredients:


  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 drops red pepper sauce (optional)
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Pepper Jack
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chilies, undrained

Directions:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place oven rack in center position. Place Fluted Bundt Mold (or Mold of your choice) on the Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.In Mixing Bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper sauce with a Whisk. Stir in cheese and chilies. Pour into Mold. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until center is set. Let cool. Invert onto a plate, cut and serve.
