Chipotle Lime Chicken Wings

Recipe by This is a bit of a take off of our fish taco bowls which I love. I love the flavor chipotle and lime and thought what a great way to do chicken as well as fish! When we added the Mango Balsamic to our product line I thought "What a great pairing!" I hope you enjoy it!


  • 1 lb. chicken wings or chicken tenders
  • DAH White Mango Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 limes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons DAH Zesty Mediterranean Herb Blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon DAH Sel Gris Sea Salt
  • 7 oz. can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon DAH Tahitian Lime Olive Oil Blend
  • Optional: 6 oz greek yogurt


1. Seasoning: Zest two limes and add the Zesty Med spice and Sel Gris and set aside.

2. Marinade: Squeeze the juice from the two limes into a separate bowl. Add to the lime juice: 1 T. of Tahitian Lime Olive Oil, 1 chipotle pepper finely chopped, 2 to 4 t. of adobo sauce from the can. Add marinade to chicken and marinade overnight or for at least 2-4 hours. On the Grill: Sprinkle the seasoning on the chicken, I make a little extra marinade to baste the chicken every 10 minutes or so.

3. For both I drizzle the White Mango Balsamic Vinegar over the chicken the last five minutes of cooking. Or even add another drizzle while it is cooling. Enjoy! Note: To kick it up a notch, mix 8 oz of Greek yogurt with one finely chopped chipotle pepper. Add 2 t. of White Mango Balsamic and mix. Use as a great dipping sauce!
