Chocolate Cherry Cake

Recipe by Melt in your mouth amazing!

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Devils Food cake mix
  • 1 12oz package of chocolate chips
  • 1 small package chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 cup warm water or cherry juice
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped or whole

Directions:


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place fluted bundt or sunflower mold on a perforated baking sheet. Mix all ingredients together. Fold in the cherries and chocolate chips. Pour into mold and bake for 50 minutes. When cooled, unmold and dust with powdered sugar. Adapted from Eric Putnam
