- Brownie mix (I used gluten free) with eggs, butter, oil, water to make mix
- 24oz cream cheese (softened)
- 14oz sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsps vanilla
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Heat oven 350 degrees. Prepare brownie according to package and pour into Large round mold. Bake 25-35 minutes until set (depends on brownie mix). Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees, pour mixture over brownie in large round mold and bake 50 minutes. Cool to room temperature, place in fridge overnight. Unmold and serve. I served slices drizzled with salted caramel sauce and chocolate ganache.
