Chocolate Dipped Shortbread Cookies

Recipe by Adorable little cookies for any special occasion!

Ingredients:


  • Demarle at Home Rosemary Shortbread Mix
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • Dark chocolate
  • Bolivian Rose Sea Salt

Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In Mixing Bowl, cut butter into drying baking mix using a fork or stand mixer, or pulse several times in food processor until it resembles coarse sand.

2. Place Flexipan Mini Heart Tray on Perforated Baking Sheet. Begin to fill wells and press gently into each shape. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges begin to brown.

3. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Dip cookies into melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
