Chocolate Bacon Roses

Ingredients:


  • 1 lb. thick cut bacon
  • 8 oz. semi sweet or dark chocolate

Directions:


Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Roll bacon, starting with the wider end then set bacon red side up in the Flexipan Mini Muffin tray or the Bolt tray. If using the Mini muffin tray, secure with a wooden toothpick.

Bake about 45 minutes. Drain the grease every 15 minutes.

Let cool completely.

Place chocolate in the Mini cake mold and microwave for 20 seconds. Stir. Microwave for 10 seconds at a time until just melted.

Dip the bottom of the bacon roses in the chocolate and place on the Roul'pat until hardened.
