- 2 large English Cucumbers, sliced into ribbons with a vegetable peeler
- 1/2 onion, slice thin
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 to 2 TBL Balsamic Vinegar, to taste
- 1 TBL toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup of fresh dill
Slice cucumbers into ribbons with a vegetable peeler. Slice 1/2 onion thin. Chop fresh dill.
In a serving bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, dill, sesame seeds (reserving some for garnish) salt and pepper together. Add onion and cucumber. Stir well!
