Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:


  • 12 hard boiled or baked eggs
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp French Pantry Provence Mustard or Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh dill
  • 1/8 tsp Bolivian Rose Sea Salt or plain sea salt
  • Dash of hot sauce, optional

Directions:


Slice eggs in half, lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks, keeping egg whites intact.

Mash egg yolks with mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients. Add hot sauce if desired.

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
