- 2 Large-size Bananas, Ripe
- 1-1/2 Cup Quick Oats
- 1/3 Cup Mix-ins(mini chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit are great options)
- 1-1/2 tsp Spice for Life Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Put oats in food processor to break it up to finer pieces. Mix mashed ripe bananas and oats together until well combined. Add in the mix-ins of your choice and cinnamon. Scoop by spoonfuls onto any size Silpat. Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!Store in air tight container in fridge or freezer.
