Easy Nachos on the Silpat

Ingredients:


  • Tortilla chips
  • 1lb ground beef, cooked
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Other suggestions: black olives, green onions, bell peppers, salsa, sour cream, etc.

Directions:


1. Place Silpat on Perforated Baking Sheet and preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place a layer of tortilla chips on Silpat.

2. Begin layering cooked beef, pinto beans, cheese and another layer of chips. Top with remaining ingredients and cook for 7-10 minutes until all cheese has melted and starts to bubble slightly.
