Easy Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:


  • Fresh green beans
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Heirloom tomatoes

Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and place Silpat on Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside. Wash and cut veggies into bite size pieces.

2. Place into Mixing Bowl and toss with olive oil and balsamic. Spread evenly onto Silpat and bake for 12 minutes. Top with cheese and place back into the oven until cheese is melted.
