- 4 cups dry elbow pasta
- 6 oz Velveeta cheese
- 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoons butter
1. Place the Flexipan® Texas Muffin Tray on the Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside. Cook pasta according to package instructions. In Mixing Bowl, combine cheeses, milk and butter. More cheese can be added to make a creamier dish. (Optional: season with pepper)
2. Drain pasta and blend in cheese mixture. Use Large Mechanical Scoop and fill each well. Place Large Silpat® over the filled muffin tray and top with additional Perforated Baking Sheet. (This distributes the cheese throughout the pasta.)
3. Freeze until needed. Great after school snack the kids can prepare in the microwave.
