French Toast Cups

Recipe by Easy and adorable, these French Toast Cups are a great addition to any Brunch table.


  • 12 slices bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon, divided
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Mixed berries
  • Maple syrup


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a shallow bowl.

Using your largest Round Cutter, cut your bread slices into 12 circles.

Dip each bread round into the egg mixture and flip once to coat completely.

Push each bread round into individual wells in the Muffin Tray, taking care to push it all the way to the bottom (this will form your "cup")

Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the egg mixture is fully cooked.

Allow cups to cool slightly before unmolding.

To serve, fill each cup with a spoonful of yogurt, berries, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup. These are best while the cups are still warm, but they taste great at room temperature as well.
