Garden Fresh Corn on the Cob

Recipe by No more boiling water! This is so easy! The fresh herbs give such flavor! Yumm!!!

Ingredients:


  • 8 ears fresh white or yellow corn (or 1/2 to 1 ear per guest)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 5 sprigs lemon thyme
  • 5 - 6 large leaves fresh basil
  • 2 - 3 leaves sage
  • 2 stems parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon DAH Sel Gris Sea Salt

Directions:


Chop fresh herbs fine. Place butter in small round mold & melt (approx. 1 minute). Add fresh herbs and Sea Salt & microwave for 1 minute more. Set aside. Husk & clean corn. Place 2 ears at a time in large round mold & microwave on high 4 minutes for white corn or 6 minutes for yellow corn. Remove to serving platter and brush with herb blend using silicone pastry brush. Repeat till all ears are done.
