GF Snack Wrappers

Recipe by by Ronda Kill ~ Take this idea and RUN with it! You will LOVE how easy these are and SO GOOD. Fill with fresh shredded veggies and meat on hand. I prefer cheeses with a low fat content for this recipe. By Ronda

Ingredients:


  • 3-4 cups shredded cheese like Pepper Jack or Parmesan
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup julienned or shredded veggies of choice
  • 1 cup shredded meat if desired
  • Chipotle Mayo or sauce if desired

Directions:


NOTE: For an extra GF salad treat, crisp up the shredded cheese until fully golden, make wonderful "crackers" for soups and salads.

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Place Silpat on Perforated Baking Sheet.

Make large circles with shredded cheese and feather a little with finger tip.

Bake for 5-8 minutes until golden on the edges.

Allow to rest for 1 minute, fill as desired and wrap while still slightly warm.
