Glazed Pork Chops

Recipe by Easy and flavorful family dinner.


  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Boneless thin cut pork chops (3)
  • Thin sliced sweet onion
  • Thin sliced apple
  • 1/4 cup D'angou pear white balsamic
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar


1. Brown pork chops sprinkled with sea salt and pepper in 1 Tbsp of butter over medium high heat. Remove chops and keep them warm.

2. Add 1 tablespoon butter to the pan and cook onions and apples until softened. Add vinegar and brown sugar and cook until reduced.

3. Return pork chops and cook approx. 4 minutes per side or until 150 degrees. Remove from heat and let rest 5 min. Serve with apples, onions, and sauce on pork chops.
