- 4 cups old fashion rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/2 cup pepitos or pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped dried dates
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 TBL canola oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and place oven rack in the center.
In mixing bowl, toss oats, almonds pistachios, pepitos; mix well. Spread mixture on Flixiflat and toast for 10 minutes. Once toasted, add to mixing bowl with dates, cherries, and chocolate chips;mix well.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk maple syrup, oil, brown sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla; add to dry ingredients coat well. Spread granola mixture evenly on Flexiflat. press tightly.
Bake for 15- 20 minutes. Until golden. If you are cutting into bars, wait 30 minutes. Don't wait longer or they will be too hard to cut.
