- 1 lb. shredded ham
- 1/3 lb shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 or 1 stick of butter
- 3 TBL mustard
- 3 TBL poppy seeds
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 TBL minced onions
- 1 large package sweet hawaiian rolls
In a mixing bowl, stir together first 7 ingredients
Cut rolls in half length wise and add ham and cheese mixture to the middle of the buns.
Place on a Silpat and cover with a Silpat for a crispy bun or wrap in foil for a soft sandwich. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese and butter are melted.
