- 1 Pillsbury Pie Crust, 1 banana, 12 TBSP Nutella, 1 egg white, beaten, sugar
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place Silpat on Perforated Baking Sheet. Using Roul Pat and Beechwood Rolling Pin, roll out pie crust. Using plastic cutter 3-4 inches, make 12 individual circles.Place on Silpat. Add 1 slice of banana and 1 TBSP of Nutella. Fold in half and press edges together with a fork.Using silicone pastry brush, brush egg white over crust, sprinkle with sugar.Bake for 15-20 minutes.
