Healthy Fruit Snacks

Ingredients:


  • 100% Fruit or vegetable juice
  • Plain gelatin
  • Honey

Directions:


1. In a small saucepan, add 1 cup juice and sprinkle 1 packet of plain gelatin over top. Allow powder to dissolve before whisking to fully combine.

2. On the stovetop, heat liquid slowly until it warms through over medium heat. Cook until thin and the gelatin has completely dissolved. Turn off heat and whisk in 3 teaspoons honey.

3. Carefully pour liquid into Small Shapes Tray atop Perforated Baking Sheet and refrigerate for a couple of hours until ready to unmold.
