Herbed Pork Loin

  • 2.5 - 3# Pork Loin
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 head of cauliflower
  • 1 - 2T. French Pantry Rosemary, Basil & Thyme Herb Blend
  • 1 T. DAH Sweet Basil Oil


Place medium round mold on perforated baking sheet. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash potatoes and cut into one inch pieces. Place in medium round mold. Prepare cauliflower by removing from head and cutting into flowerettes. Lay on top of potatoes. Dice celery stalk and sprinkle over veggies. Mix French Pantry Rosemary, Basil & Thyme and DAH Sweet Basil Oil. Place pork roast on top of veggies and cover with herb and oil mixture.Bake 15-20 minutes per pound until internal temperature reads 145 degrees.
