Herbed Red Potatoes

Ingredients:


  • 8 new red potatoes (or 1 for each guest
  • 1/2 cup Fresh herbs such as rosemary, thyme, basil, & parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup DAH Sweet Basil Oil
  • 1 teaspoon DAH Bolivian Rose Sea Salt
  • 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place large round mold on medium perforated bake sheet & set aside. Wash potatoes & quarter. Pour sweet basil oil into a small bowl & add herbs & sea salt. Roll potato quarters in the mixture to coat. Place potatoes into large round mold. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Remove and sprinkle cheddar cheese over potatoes. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
