Herbed Zucchini Fries

Recipe by These zucchini fries tastes great with the added Herbs de Provence!

Ingredients:


  • 2 zucchini
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup powdered Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Herbs de Provence

Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and place Silpat on top of Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside. Wash zucchini and begin cutting into small spears.

2. Place milk in a small dish. In a separate dish combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and Herbs de Provence. Dip zucchini fries into milk and then coat into breadcrumb mixture. Place onto Silpat and bake for 20 minutes or until browned.
