Ice Cream Brownie Cake

Ingredients:


  • brownie mix, eggs, oil as directed
  • half gallon ice cream
  • hot fudge topping
  • caramel topping
  • chocolate topping

Directions:


Make brownie mix, bake in the Sunflower mold, allow to cool. Remove from mold.Take softened vanilla ice cream and press into Sunflower mold. Slightly melt hot fudge and pour on top of ice cream. Spread to entirety. Place brownie on top of fudge. Cover and freeze overnight. Peel off mold and put ice cream cake on cake plate. Drizzle chocolate and caramel toppings on top of cake. Cover with cake carrier lid, place in freezer until ready to serve.
