Jalapeño Cornbread

Ingredients:


  • 2 cups canned cream-style corn
  • 2 cups cornbread mix
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup jalapeno peppers, finely chopped

Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and place oven rack in center position. Place Flexipan® Daisy Mold on Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.

2. In Mixing Bowl, combine all ingredients together using a whisk.

3. Pour batter into mold and bake for one hour or until golden brown.
