Jalapeno Poppers

Recipe by Great to simply grab a few at a time, or fix a tray full for a crowd.

Ingredients:


  • Jalapeno peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ c shredded cheese
  • 2 oz bacon crumbles

Directions:


Remove stems, half and seed peppers. Blend cream cheese, shredded cheese and bacon together. Stuff mixture into Jalapeno halves. Place on a Silpat and Perforated Baking Sheet and freeze for later enjoyment. Once frozen remove and store in ziptop bag. When ready to bake return them to the Silpat and Perforated Baking Sheet and sprinkle additional shredded cheese on top, if desired. Bake 350° until golden brown and cheese is hot and melted.
