Lace Cookie Baskets

Recipe by Look like a pro!

Ingredients:


  • 4 1/4 oz butter
  • 4 1/2 oz sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 1/2 oz flour
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chcocolate Balsamic
  • 1/8 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 container cool whip
  • 1 package ( NOT the family size) vanilla pudding
  • enough milk to thin out the filling and maki it creamy
  • 5 mint leaves, chopped

Directions:


Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Next add the corn syrup until combined. Last add the flour and salt and mixed till combined. Preheat the oven to 350F using a very small scoop, scoop 8 balls of mixture onto a larger silpat and perforated pan. Bake for about 4 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on the pan for 1 minute. Remove from the pan with a spatula and drape onto the back of the mini muffin pan. Let the basket cool for and addition minute and a half.Dark Chocolate Balsamic GlazePlace the balsamic and brown sugar in the mini cake mold and microwave for 1 minute, set aside and let cool.FillingWhip together cool whip and pudding mix. add milk to mixture until it's creamy. Put mixture in the fridge for a hour to let it set up.Put it TogetherPipe the filling into the cookie basket, sprinkle chopped strawberries on top of the filling, then drizzle the glaze on. Last sprinkle on the mint.
