Madeleines

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Powdered sugar, optional

Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and place oven rack in center position. Place the Flexipan® Madeleine Tray on the Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.

2. In Mixing Bowl, combine butter and sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Then add flour.

3. Spoon mixture into wells filling about half way. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool before serving. You may dust the tops with powdered sugar if desired.
