Mandarin Orange Cake

Recipe by I discovered this recipe when I first joined Demarle at Home and it's been a favorite of mine ever since. I serve it with Chocolate Ganache at my cooking parties and everyone loves it! It pops out so easily from the Sunflower Mold ... and with no added oil!! Try it! Easiest cake in the world, especially with our flexipans!!! Recipe submitted by Cindy Bechtholdt

Ingredients:


  • Yellow Cake Mix, 3 eggs, 1 15 oz. can of mandarin oranges

Directions:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place Sunflower Mold (or mold of your choice) onto the Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside. In the Mixing Bowl, combine cake mix, 3 eggs and 1 can of mandarin oranges (including liquid). Beat with an electric mixer until the oranges are chopped up. Don't over mix. Pour batter into the Sunflower Mold. Bake for about 37-38 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
