Mascarpone Frosting

Ingredients:


  • 1 (3oz) pkg cream, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 5 1/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:


Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating at low speed until blended after each addition. Add mascarpone and vanilla, beating until blended.
