- 4-6 fresh corn cobs, shucked
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Tahitian Lime Olive Oil Blend
- 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese or parmesan cheese
- Zesty Mediterranean Herb Blend
1. Place Demarle at Home Large Round Mold on a microwavable plate. Put cobs in the mold and cover with the Demarle at Home Octagonal Silpat. Microwave on high for 7-8 minutes depending on the strength of the microwave. Remove from Microwave without removing the Silpat and let sit for a few minutes.
2. Carefully lift off Silpat. While still hot and using the DAH Silicone Pastry Brush, brush cob with the mayonnaise or Tahitian Lime Olive Oil and roll in or sprinkle with the cheese and then again with DAH Zesty Mediterranean Herb Blend.
