- 3 lbs potatoes diced
- 1 cup carrots diced
- 2 cups onions diced
- 2 cups rutabaga diced
- 2 lbs ground beef or diced sirloin
- Packaged or homemade pie dough
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and place Silpat on Perforated Baking Sheet. In Mixing Bowl, combine potatoes, carrots, onions, rutabaga and meat (all uncooked). Season with salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
2. Roll dough into 10 inch ovals and add a cup of filling onto one side. Pull the dough over the filling and crimp the edges to close. Bake for 1 hour and serve with ketchup or gravy.
