Microwave Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:


  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Directions:


1. In Flexipan Large Round Mold combine milk, sugar, eggs, cornstarch and salt. Whisk until blended. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4 minutes. Remove from microwave and whisk until smooth.

2. Whisk in chocolate and almond extract into milk mixture until smooth. Spoon pudding into small serving dishes or Demarle at Home Spice Jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Garnish puddings with whipped topping and a sprinkle of toasted almonds.
