- 1 cup rice (we used jasmine), well rinsed
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Pinch of salt
- Chopped fresh vegetables of choice, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, baby corn, etc.
1. In Flexipan Medium Round Mold add rice, water, butter, and salt and top with Octagonal Silpat. Microwave for 16-20 minutes or until rice is cooked through and fluffy.
2. Remove rice from mold and add your chopped vegetables to the round mold. Top with Octagonal Silpat and place back into microwave for 5 minutes. Spoon over top of rice and enjoy!
