- 1/4 to 1/3 cup Barbeque or Honey Mustard from Demarle at Home Culinary Mustard Collection. or any Dijon Mustard
- 2 TBL Rosemary Basil Thyme French Pantry Herb Blend
- 2-3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, whisk together the mustard and 1 TBL Rosemary Basil Thyme Herb Blend until mixed.
Spread on top of the chicken breast.
Sprinkle the remaining herb blend on the top
Bake chicken for about 20-30 minutes depending on how thick the chicken breasts.
