Oven Baked Oatmeal


  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts, divided
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Pinch of DAH Bolivian Rose Sea Salt
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries, divided
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced


1. Preheat oven at 375 degrees F and place oven rack in center position. Place Flexipan Daisy Mold on Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.

2. In Mixing Bowl, combine oats, half of the walnuts, baking powder, cinnamon, brown sugar and salt.

3. In another bowl, combine syrup, milk, egg, butter and vanilla. Spread half of the blueberries in a single layer over the bottom of mold. Sprinkle dry oat mixture over the fruit in an even layer. Add a layer of sliced bananas than pour over liquid ingredients evenly over the oats.

4. Sprinkle remaining nuts and berries over top and bake for 35-40 minutes, until top is browned and oats have set. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
