- 1/2 lb. Brussels Sprouts, halved
- 6 oz uncured bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup pecans
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place Large Round Mold on Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.Put diced bacon in a large skillet over medium heat and cook until it begins to brown.Add the pecans to roast with the bacon in the bacon fat.Once bacon is fully cooked, remove bacon and pecans with a slotted spoon and put in a bowl. Add Brussels sprouts directly to the bacon fat pan, add some salt and pepper, and cover to let cook for about 6 minutes. Once the Brussels sprouts are browned a bit on the outside, place them in the Large Round Mold and place in the oven to bake for about 20-25 minutes (adding the bacon and pecans back to the Brussels sprouts after after 15 minutes to finish cooking all together).
