Paleo Coconut Macaroons

Recipe by I get asked for this recipe over and over! Great source of good fats, less sugar than the original recipe, and provides a really nice buttery flavor without the dairy!


  • 1 C Melted Coconut Butter/Coconut Manna/Creamed Coconut
  • 1/2 C Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 1/2-2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 C Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1/4 tsp DAH Red Hawaiian Sea Salt


Preheat oven to 300 degree F. Place Silpat, Deep Flexipat, or Grande Flexipat on the Perforated Baking Sheet. Pour the melted Coconut Butter/Coconut Manna/Creamed Coconut, Maple Syrup, and Vanilla into a bowl and mix it up! Then add the Unsweetened Shredded Coconut and Salt, mix thoroughly. Using Demarle's Small Mechanical Scoop, scoop the dough and place evenly on Silpat, Deep Flexipat, or Grande Flexipat. Bake for 20-25 minutes until just slightly golden brown. Will be a little crispy on the outside and buttery on the inside. Let them cool for an additional 25 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen! Enjoy!!
