Pan-Seared Honey Glazed Salmon w/ Browned Butter Lime

Recipe by The most flavorful salmon you will ever make!


  • 4 (6oz) salmon fillets, rested at room temperature 20 minutes, 8 tsp. flour, divided, 2 Tablespoon honey, divided, zest of 1-2 limes, 2 Tablespoons olive oil, 1 recipe Browned Butter Lime Sauce, Browned Butter Lime Sauce- 6 Tablespoons salted butter, diced, 3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper


Browned Butter Lime Sauce- Place butter in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring with a whisk until butter is fragrant and has turned a tan shade. About 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk together. Season salmon with salt and pepper, to taste. Dredge each salmon filet with 1 teaspoon flour and drizzle with 1 Tablespoon honey. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Working in batches, add salmon to the skillet and sear both sides until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side. Place salmon of the flexiflat and bake in the oven until completely cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately with browned butter lime sauce and lime zest if desired.
