- 2 Tbsp Mediterranean Balsamic with Fig Vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp French Pantry Dijon mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp sweetener like jam, maple syrup or brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp avocado oil
- Kosher salt and black pepper
In a medium-sized bowl whisk (the mini whisk is amazing for this task) together balsamic vinegar, mustard and sweetener. Slowly drizzle in the cooking oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. To turn it into a marinade add 1/2 tsp French Pantry herb blend of choice plus 1 tsp soy sauce.
