Peanut Butter and Chocolate Treats

Recipe by Family favorite for decades! Leslie Burnett

Ingredients:


  • 8 graham crackers*
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:


1. Crush the graham crackers and mix with powdered sugar.

2. Melt butter, take off heat, add peanut butter and mix.

3. Combine with graham cracker mixture. Spread mixture in favorite flexipan (boat tray, muffin tray, daisy, checkerboard, etc).

4. Melt chocolate chips in the warm pan and spread over the peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate til hard. Unmold and enjoy!

If you want your chocolate on the bottom of the boat tray/muffin pan so when you flip it it will be on top, melt the chocolate first and paint on tray with pastry brush.

*Can substitute 1 1/2 cup crushed Rice Chex for the graham crackers to make gluten free
