Perfect Potato Wedges

Ingredients:


  • 2 russet potatos
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Bolivian Rose Sea Salt
  • Fresh ground pepper

Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and place Silpat on top of Perforated Baking Sheet. Scrub potatoes well. Begin cutting potatoes into wedges by cutting potato in half lengthwise and cutting again each piece into wedges two or three times.

2. Toss wedges in olive oil and spread evenly onto Silpat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes or until browned and lightly crispy.
